At As Seen On TV Hot 10, we want you to be completely satisfied with your innovative purchases. If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Place the product in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and promotional inserts to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
